GoGo GreenGoGo Sushi was formed as an environmentally conscious organization, committed to practices that protect the environment. Our goal is to provide a healthy and nutritious dining experience, while maintaining sustainable practices that support our environment. As we grow, we will continue to lessen our footprint by introducing more environmentally responsible products and practices.

You may notice that our disposables look a little plain or different. From our unbleached sushi baskets to our cups made from corn, we have taken measures to use biodegradable, compostable or recycled products. These products are made from materials that are highly sustainable and reduce the overall carbon footprint.

Another practice we’re proud of is our responsible food sourcing. The fish and seafood we use are farm raised, and we use organic ingredients whenever possible. We also use as many local and seasonal resources as possible designed to reduce the use of high carbon foods through the manufacturing, transportation, preparation, packaging and waste process.
